We provide our consultants with the tools, support and platform needed to build a successful and rewarding real estate career. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: - Generate new property sales and leasing opportunities through leads, networking, referrals and proactive prospecting. - Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. - Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options. - Conduct property presentations, viewings and client consultations. - Manage and follow up on leads throughout the sales cycle. - Negotiate offers and assist clients through the transaction process. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property information in the CRM. - Stay informed about RAK's property market, new developments, pricing and investment opportunities. - Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts. - Work closely with marketing and internal teams to maximize lead conversion. - Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets. - Deliver a professional and exceptional client experience. 👤 Requirements: - Previous real estate sales or leasing experience is preferred. - Proven track record in sales, business development or client acquisition. - Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent customer relationship and follow-up skills. - Highly motivated, target-driven and results-oriented. - Confident, professional and enthusiastic personality. - Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. - Knowledge of the Ras Al Khaimah real estate market is an advantage. - UAE driving license and own vehicle is a MUST. - RERA certification is an advantage. 💰 What BANKE offers: - Competitive & uncapped commission structure - Quality leads and sales opportunities - Strong in-house marketing support - Professional CRM and sales tools - Training and continuous development - Access to leading property portals and marketing channels - Supportive and performance-driven team environment - Career growth opportunities within an international organization - Opportunity to build a strong presence in one of the UAE's rapidly growing real estate markets
