About the Program Al Othaim Investment is pleased to offer Cooperative Training (Co-op) opportunities for university and college students seeking to gain practical experience in a professional work environment. The program enables trainees to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world business environment, develop professional and interpersonal skills, and gain exposure to work processes, operational procedures, and business practices within the company. Key Responsibilities Support daily administrative and operational activities within the assigned department. Assist with work coordination and the preparation of essential documents and reports. Participate in internal meetings, projects, initiatives, and various activities as required. Perform basic research, data entry, information gathering, and reporting activities. Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving departmental objectives. Complete assigned tasks effectively while maintaining a professional approach. Maintain the confidentiality of company information and data and comply with applicable policies and procedures. Qualifications Currently enrolled as a regular student at an accredited university or college. Eligible to participate in a Cooperative Training (Co-op) or Practical Training Program according to the requirements of the educational institution. The training period must align with the requirements of the university or college and the company's approved training structure. Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills.
