📢 Freelance HR Consultant – UAE | JAFZA HR Compliance We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Consultant based in the UAE to support us on a project/as-needed basis. Location: UAE – Onsite Engagement: Freelance / Project-based Availability: ASAP Involvement: Time to time / as required The consultant will provide offsite HR advisory support covering: 🔹 Drafting and reviewing HR policies 🔹 Guidance on JAFZA Labour Laws and HR compliance 🔹 Advice on annual leave, leave salary, EOSB/gratuity and employee entitlement calculations 🔹 General HR advisory support on an as-needed basis 🔹 Support with UAE employment practices and HR compliance matters Ideal Profile: ✔️ 8+ years of UAE HR experience ✔️ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law & JAFZA regulations ✔️ Previous experience in HR consulting/advisory roles ✔️ Strong expertise in HR policies, employee benefits and EOSB calculations ✔️ Available for flexible, offsite consulting assignments 📩 Interested HR Consultants: Please DM me with your updated profile, areas of expertise, availability and freelance consulting rate. 🔄 Referrals are also welcome!
