Brand & Content Strategist

Brand & Content Strategist (Hybrid Role) **The Reality Check (Read This First):** We are not looking for a "poster." We are looking for a creative thinker who refuses to put out mediocre work. This is a hybrid role because we need someone who can conceptualize a high-end shoot, assist in executing it, edit the assets, *and* then jump into ads manager to see if it actually sold anything. If you get flustered when a shoot runs late or a client changes a brief last-minute, this isn't for you. We need mental flexibility. **What You Will Actually Own:** - **Visual Identity & Creative Direction:** You will manage all social accounts (Instagram, TikTok) with a strong creative eye. You don't just post for the algorithm; you post to protect and elevate the brand identity. - **Content Production:** You will create assets using Canva/Adobe, assist during photoshoots (moodboards, art direction, set styling), and edit raw footage into polished content. - **Performance & Ads:** You will handle potential paid social ads and analyze what is working. You are curious about data, not afraid of it. - **Brand Consistency:** You ensure that everything—from a story graphic to a product shot—feels like *us*. You are the gatekeeper of the aesthetic. **The "Unfiltered" Requirements:** - You have a strong creative eye, but you are not precious about your work—you understand that feedback makes it better. - You are flexible. Shoot days are unpredictable, and you handle the chaos with a calm, solution-oriented mindset. - You understand that content creation isn't just "arts and crafts"; it is a business tool that drives revenue. - You are proactive. You don't wait for a brief to fall into your lap; you pitch ideas constantly. **You are NOT a fit if:** You only want to work from home in silence, or you get overwhelmed by last-minute creative changes. Its a full time position Visa and insurance provided Salary negotiable. Location : Sobha Hartland, Dubai. Send your cv : Info@bespokeatelier.com or whatsapp +971 52 477 4423
