Product Director

Role Description The Product Director at منتدى الموارد البشرية الفلسطيني will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products and services, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and stakeholder needs. This part-time, remote role involves defining product goals, prioritizing features, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user and market feedback, translating insights into clear product requirements, and overseeing execution from concept through launch and iteration. The Product Director will facilitate regular communication with internal and external partners, monitor product performance and impact, and propose improvements based on data and stakeholder input. The role also includes mentoring team members on product best practices, supporting project planning and risk management, and maintaining documentation that supports transparent and inclusive decision-making. Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, with the ability to define vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes. - Strong Analytical Skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, identify trends, and make evidence-based product decisions. - Proven Team Leadership experience, including guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and supporting inclusive work practices. - Solid Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and track initiatives, manage risks, and deliver products on schedule. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly in English and, preferably, Arabic. - Experience with digital platforms or community-focused products, ideally in HR, education, or nonprofit sectors. - Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently within a part-time, remote setup. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
