Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements - Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and machinery - Weld, solder, or join parts according to project specifications and safety standards - Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards - Maintain and operate fabrication equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to complete projects on time - Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment Requirements - Proven experience as a fabricator, preferably in the Oil & Energy industry - Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints - Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery - Knowledge of metal properties and fabrication techniques - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to fabrication work
