We are seeking an operational powerhouse to lead our high-volume transaction matching engine, turning billions of raw usage logs into accurate global distributions. 🥷What You’ll Do * Team Leadership: Direct an agile operations team of 10+, managing data compliance & dispute resolution. * Data Processing & Matching: Lead high-volume reconciliation pipelines matching streaming & broadcast data against a central repository. * System Upgrades: Partner with IT to modernize operational database architectures & drive automation. * Financial Settlements: Oversee precise, scheduled payout distribution cycles to local & overseas partners. *Documentation: Registrate Submission, update agreements, reports and provide necessary customer support. 👀 What We’re Looking For * 8+ years in Data Operations, Revenue Assurance, Billing/Settlement, or Claims Operations. Currently at Lead/ Manager level or above. * Deep experience in high-volume transaction matching, data mapping, and digital revenue distribution. * Proven track record in team leadership (best across multiple pillars) & operational governance. * Languages: Fluent English & Cantonese (Spoken/Written).
