📢 WE'RE HIRING: Business Development Executive – Recruitment Industry 📍 Abu Dhabi | 🏢 Recruitment & Executive Search We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the recruitment/staffing industry to drive client acquisition and business growth across the UAE. 🔹 Generate new recruitment mandates and develop client relationships 🔹 Conduct client meetings, cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach 🔹 Build partnerships with HR leaders and hiring managers 🔹 Negotiate recruitment agreements and commercial terms 🔹 Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets 🎯 Requirements: ✔️ Experience in Business Development within a Recruitment/Staffing Consultancy ✔️ Strong UAE market network and client base ✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔️ Self-motivated and target-oriented ✔️ UAE driving licence preferred 📩 Send your CV to: recruiter1@earnesthrs.com
