Job Description

We're hiring: Relationship Manager — Dubai A growing Dubai mainland real estate developer is looking for a Relationship Manager to own how clients and broker partners experience us — from first conversation to handover. This is for someone who's as comfortable closing as they are keeping a relationship warm for the long run. You'll be the face of the company to buyers, investors, and agency partners. What you'll do - Manage client and investor relationships across the full journey — enquiry, reservation, SPA, handover - Build and maintain our broker and channel-partner network - Keep clients informed and confident through every project milestone - Represent the company at viewings, events, and industry touchpoints - Work closely with sales, development, and finance to keep deals moving What you bring - 2–5 years in real estate relationship management, sales, or client servicing in the UAE - A strong network of brokers and/or HNW clients in the Dubai market - Fluent English; and any other language a strong plus - Real polish — you make people feel looked after
