Job Title : IBM Safer Payments Support & Implementation Specialist Location: Saudi Arabia Contract: Yearly Renewable Experience: 5+ Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IBM Safer Payments Specialist to implement, support, and optimize fraud prevention solutions for a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities - Implement, configure, and maintain IBM Safer Payments. - Provide production/L2-L3 support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. - Configure and optimize fraud rules, scenarios, workflows, and scoring models. - Support integrations with payment platforms, APIs, and messaging systems. - Participate in UAT, upgrades, deployments, and post-production support. - Perform root cause analysis and system performance monitoring. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - 5+ years of hands-on IBM Safer Payments experience. - Strong knowledge of fraud detection and payment processing. - Experience with Linux/Unix and SQL. - Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integration. - Understanding of ISO 8583 is preferred. - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. - - 📩 If you are interested in for the role, please do share your CV to Athira.AR@linnk.com
