a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Responsibilities - Support the development, testing, and continuous enhancement of the Qiddiya employee application in collaboration with Technology and Workplace Effectiveness teams. - Assist in digitizing workplace services and transforming manual processes into user-friendly digital solutions and workflows. - Support the design and implementation of applications, forms, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code technologies - Analyze operational data and business requirements to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced employee experience - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow solutions to support workplace service delivery and performance tracking. - Assist with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and sources to enable efficient and connected workplace services - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative technologies and digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, or a related field - Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in digital solutions, automation, application development, or technology-related roles - Knowledge of or strong interest in app development, low-code/no-code platforms, and digital transformation initiatives - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint is preferred - Understanding of data management, system integration, and workflow automation concepts - Ability to analyze data and convert business requirements into practical digital solutions - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Demonstrated learning agility with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement - Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to enhance the employee experience through digital solutions
