SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant 📍 Singapore | Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week 💼 Full-time | Singapore Citizens & PRs About the Role We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant to support, enhance, and deliver SAP solutions across the organization. The role provides functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), with knowledge of Materials Management (MM) and cross-functional business processes. The position will work closely with business users, internal IT teams, SAP, implementation partners, and AMS providers to support business requirements and SAP initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Provide functional support for SAP SD and related MM processes. - Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP solutions aligned with best practices. - Perform functional analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP incidents and service requests. - Support SAP enhancements and Change Requests. - Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects. - Support SAP integrations and cross-functional business processes involving SD, MM, FI, and other SAP modules. - Coordinate with business users, implementation partners, AMS providers, SAP, and internal IT teams. - Review and validate solutions delivered by implementation partners and AMS providers. - Identify opportunities for business process and system improvements. - Maintain functional, operational, and project documentation. Requirements - 5+ years of SAP experience, with strong functional experience in SAP SD. - Experience working with SAP S/4HANA. - Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration. - Experience participating in SAP implementation, enhancement, and/or rollout projects. - Understanding of SAP MM and its integration with SD. - Basic understanding of SAP FI processes and integration points. - Understanding of SAP integration concepts and end-to-end business processes. - Experience in business process analysis and solution design. - Experience working with implementation partners and/or AMS providers. - Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - S/4HANA Public Cloud experience is relevant, as the current team operates in an S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. - Chinese language capability as required for the role.
