About The Organization Bring in Change https://www.bringinchange.org Causes Health Sport Elderly What We Do Shouldn't move as we're getting old? We get old once we stop moving! Can't do it as we're getting old? If I can, you can too. Try it and you will know! No matter our age, we are all ageing every day. No matter our age, start exercising today! Our mission is to enhance the overall physical, mental and social well-being of elderly individuals in the local community by involving them in sports activities that they may initially perceive as challenging. Through sports, we provide them with a sense of motivation to continue progressing in life, enabling them to embrace graceful aging while leading an active and joyful lifestyle. IG: @bringinchange
