This role plays a key part in ensuring fabrication works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules . Your Role As Steel Structure Supervisor, you - will: Supervise day-to-day steel structure fabrication activities in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and project require - ments.Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules, quality procedures, and company fabrication stan - dards.Work closely with engineering, QA/QC, and welding teams to resolve fabrication and technical i - ssues.Monitor fabrication progress and report deviations, delays, or quality concerns to senior superv - ision.Support inspections, fit-up, welding, and dimensional checks to ensure conformance with specifica - tions.Maintain daily fabrication logs, work permits, and progress re cords. What We’re Look - ing ForExperience: Minimum 8 years of experience in steel structure preferably within Oil & Gas EPC pr - ojects.Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or related Engineering disc - ipline)Expertise: Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding procedures, and fabrication drawings. Hands-on experience supervising fabrication teams in workshop or yard environments. Good communication and coordination skills across multiple disciplines. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production sch edules.
