Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful planning, commercial management, and delivery of complex projects while overseeing multiple project teams. The role is responsible for ensuring project profitability, strengthening client relationships, driving commercial performance, supporting business development initiatives, and mentoring Project Managers to consistently deliver high-quality projects aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from planning through execution and close-out while ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. * Oversee project budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and margin protection across assigned projects. * Provide strategic guidance and support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle. * Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and repeat business. * Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies and favorable contractual terms. * Review project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and change requests to ensure effective project governance. * Monitor project performance, identify risks proactively, and implement corrective actions when required. * Collaborate with Business Development, Procurement, Finance, Production, and other stakeholders during project planning and execution. * Support proposal development, project pricing, budgeting, and bid submissions for new business opportunities. * Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation standards, quality requirements, and health & safety regulations. * Capture project insights, lessons learned, and performance data to improve future project delivery and organizational knowledge. * Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers while promoting best practices across the project management function. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong commercial and financial understanding. * Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
