Job Title: Oracle EBS CRM techno Functional Location: Singapore (candidate must be based in Singapore) Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the existing Oracle EBS 12.2 environment across SCM, CRM, and Finance modules. • Act as a hands-on subject matter expert and independent consultant to provide hand-holding support to business users on end-to-end Oracle process flows. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues, including configuration, data, and integration-related problems. • Support and advise on end-to-end business processes specific to the Semiconductor Manufacturing vertical across the relevant Oracle modules. • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and support enhancements or minor change requests. • Contribute Fusion module knowledge to support the client’s planned migration from EBS 12.2 to Oracle Fusion within the next year. • Support Singapore statutory/localization requirements and multi-country operations where applicable. Required Skills & Experience Working functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS CRM modules and related integrations.
