🚨WE ARE HIRING – PPF SUPERVISOR 🚨 Position: Paint Protection Film (PPF) Supervisor Location: Dealership – UAE Industry: Automotive / Car Care We are looking for an experienced and motivated PPF Supervisor to manage and supervise PPF operations within a premium automotive dealership. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily PPF installation and correction activities * Lead and manage a team of PPF technicians * Ensure high-quality installation with proper finishing and attention to detail * Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery * Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and dealership teams * Manage daily job allocation, workflow, and vehicle priorities * Handle PPF corrections, panel replacements, and customer-related concerns * Ensure compliance with dealership quality, safety, and cleanliness standards * Monitor technician productivity and performance * Maintain proper documentation and job record * Support training and development of PPF technicians * Ensure vehicles are completed and delivered within the agreed timelines Requirements: * Minimum 3–5 years of PPF installation experience, preferably in a dealership or professional automotive environment * Strong knowledge of PPF installation, patterns, trimming, wrapping techniques, and panel replacement * Previous supervisory/team-lead experience is preferred * Excellent attention to detail and quality standards * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vehicles * Good communication and coordination skills * UAE dealership experience will be an advantage What We Offer: ✅ Professional dealership environment ✅ Competitive salary based on experience ✅ Career growth opportunities ✅ Performance-based incentives ✅ Opportunity to lead and develop a professional PPF team 📩 Interested candidates: Please send your CV along with your current salary, expected salary, and availability to join.
