HVAC Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager with strong project execution, technical knowledge, and team leadership skills. GCC experience preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage HVAC projects from design coordination to project completion. - Plan project activities, resources, schedules, and manpower requirements. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. - Review HVAC drawings, specifications, material submittals, and technical requirements. - Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timelines. - Identify project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical and site issues. - Lead and motivate project/site teams to achieve project targets. - Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project standards. - Conduct regular site meetings and provide project progress updates. - Ensure successful testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out of projects.
