Keeper (From INDIA) Job Summary Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling food, beverage, packaging, and other F&B supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and proper storage standards. Key Responsibilities - Receive and inspect incoming Items against purchase orders. - Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the store. - Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and monitor expiry dates. - Issue stock to outlets and departments as per approved requisitions. - Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts. - Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, and wastage. - Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Skills & Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in an F&B ( Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.) - Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO/FEFO. - Basic MS Excel and inventory system knowledge. - Good organizational, communication, and numerical skills. - Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
