Executive Assistant (IT/AI Projects) – Enforcement (1-year Contract)

Key Responsibilities - Develop a data-secure AI-based solution and automation workflow. Establish CI/CD pipelines that automatically build and test AI/RPA solution before it is deployed for use, and documenting of AI/RPA solution. - For Enforcement Division’s existing IT systems, assist to prepare user requirements, process flows, test cases, and user manuals and support in the execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT). Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on system design, development, and testing activities. - Perform other duties as assigned by members of Enforcement Division. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, business analytics, engineering, information systems, or related discipline - Relevant experience in data science, business intelligence, data management, or development related projects is preferred - Proficiency in automation (RPA), AI development, CI/CD pipeline implementation tools, MS Excel, MS Access - Strong interpersonal skills - Able to work under pressure and with different supervisors - Meticulous, detail-orientated, independent, organized and a team player - Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese Remuneration Package A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications on a 1-year contract will be offered Application Review of the applications will start as soon as possible and continue until the post is filled.
