Scope of Work: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Strong understanding of CRM business processes and customer lifecycle management. - Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs. - Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps pipelines is a plus
