Recruitment Manager (UAE Nationals)

Recruitment Manager Industry: Real Estate Experience: 6–10+ years Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, leasing, property, facilities, and support functions. - Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business manpower plans. - Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines. - Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and market mapping. - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding. - Support local talent and workforce nationalization initiatives in line with applicable UAE regulations. - Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring progress. - Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners. - Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 6–10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within UAE Real Estate, Property, Construction, or related industries. - Strong understanding of UAE recruitment practices, employment regulations, and local talent markets. - Experience supporting workforce nationalization/local talent initiatives is an advantage. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, recruitment analytics, and market mapping.
