Job Description
The Senior Site Foreman is responsible for assisting the Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager in coordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site general works (Formwork, Concrete, Rebar and Reinforcement), ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: - Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers. - Lead workers to carry out basement lean concrete and prepare for formwork / rebar work. - Carry out inspection and casting of basement slab/wall/column. - Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks. - Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues. - Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials/equipment to complete the construction work within schedule. - Submit daily allocation sheets. - Receive and order materials from store. - Adherence to safety practices in the work place. Experience: Minimum 6 years of building engineering experience. Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.
