Job Description
We are looking for a Dispatch Agent to support fast-paced last-mile delivery operations. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring orders from pickup to customer delivery, ensuring efficient dispatching, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of operational issues. Responsibilities - Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently - Monitor active deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within the expected timeframe - Communicate with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders - Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases when required - Follow up on delivery performance and ensure service-level targets are met - Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records - Support daily operations and contribute to improving delivery efficiency and customer experience Requirements - 0-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities - Good attention to detail - Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems - Good command of English; Arabic is a plus - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required
