Job Description
Role Summary Responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects while supporting business development activities. Key Responsibilities - Review tender specifications and prepare process designs. - Obtain quotations from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors. - Prepare cost-effective costings and bid proposals. - Generate and coordinate P&ID and General Arrangement drawings. - Coordinate with engineering teams for technical clarifications. - Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate with customers and vendors. - Review awarded contracts and ensure compliance with requirements. - Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities. Requirements - Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field. - Minimum 5 years of relevant proposal engineering experience. - Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes including Filtration, UF, RO, EDI, SRU, MBBR and MBR. - Strong English communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. - Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and customer meetings.
