The Role As one of our exceptional global team of Event Specialists, you will deliver high profile, managed, corporate event conferencing to major organisations and financial institutions across the globe. Virtual events such as Video, Web and Audio conferencing are a fast paced and exciting industry, and we are seeking passionate and motivated professionals who are keen to build their career in this sector. You will be supporting global investment banks and corporates by delivering excellence You will work closely with clients to organise the booking and smooth running of their high-profile events providing an efficient, friendly and professional service. Finally, you will ensure the positive experience for the conferencing event through to completion. Virtual Events, the likes of Video, Web and Audio Conferencing continues to be a growing industry and we are now busier than ever. As a result of this continuous growth, we are now recruiting for Event Specialists to continue supporting our growing businesses. Day to Day - Work with investment banking clients on event and call bookings, via email, web site and phone. Acting as the main point of contact for the call organizer and involved parties for your assigned calls and events. - Professionally operating audio and web conferences, making announcements into the call, introducing speakers, and managing Q&As. - Managing your diary and ensuring you fully understand the customer requirements. - Assess client requirements from bookings, decide what type of event they need and make recommendations on joining methods, visual elements and analytical after call reports - Build valuable relationships with our customers and make a positive impact to their experience with us - Managing your diary and ensuring you fully understand the customer requirements What You'll Bring - Fluency in JAPANESE is a must. Fluency in English is necessary to communicate internally and with other clients. Fluency in other Asian languages such as Mandarin/Korean is a plus. - Experience in the conference and event industry is not compulsory, full training will be given. However, the ability, personality and drive to deliver excellent proactive Customer Service; to communicate professionally and confidently and adapt in fast-changing circumstances are all key requirements.
