Senior Interior Designer Cum Project Coordinator A full-time, on-site role in Singapore focused on managing interior design projects from concept to completion. Both Singaporeans and Malaysians are welcomed. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and design proposals. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). - Prepare and review detailed construction drawings. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. - Conduct site visits and monitor project progress. - Resolve design and site issues to keep projects on track. - Assist with budgeting, cost estimates, documentation, and quality control. - Manage project timelines and ensure work is completed to the required standards. Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of interior design, space planning, and FF&E. - Experience with construction drawings and site coordination. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines independently. - Able to converse fluently in both English and Chinese.
