Assistant/ Deputy Business Strategy Manager (Contact Centre)

Responsibilities - Participate in project management and sales management; - Assist the supervisor in researching and formulating development strategies, operational plans, implementation proposals, and organizational design for the Contact Centre, and prepare feasible recommendation reports; - Analyze sales data and performance to support supervisor in routine reporting, while tracking the effectiveness of actions plans and adjustment recommendations; - Coordinate internal and external matters, serve as a communication bridge to oversee, manage, and support standardized operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and effective implementation, with regular progress reports to the supervisor; - Provide strategic input and recommendations in relevant areas, supporting the development of long-term strategies and detailed action plans; - Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor in managing day-to-day operations.
