Job Description – Jr. Business Development Officer Company: Topspot Media Location: Gulberg III, Lahore Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Officer (BDO) to support our business growth and client acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and writing skills, a professional approach, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. - Generate and maintain leads through online platforms and other sources. - Contact potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. - Respond to client emails and inquiries professionally and promptly. - Maintain and update lead/client databases and follow-up records. - Follow up with potential clients and support the conversion of leads into business opportunities. - Assist in preparing basic business proposals, presentations, and client communications. - Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and communicate them effectively to prospects. - Conduct basic market and competitor research. - Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients. - Prepare basic reports regarding leads, follow-ups, and business development activities. Requirements: - 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good email writing and professional response skills. - Basic knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-up. - Good command of MS Office/Google Workspace. - Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality. - Ability to research and identify potential clients. - Strong follow-up and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
