F&B Server - Banquet (Female)

Key Responsibilities: - Set up and prepare banquet venues, tables, chairs, buffet areas, and service stations according to event requirements and hotel standards. - Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service throughout banquets, meetings, weddings, and other events. - Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to the established sequence of service and event requirements. - Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, event details, and service procedures. - Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are kept clean, organized, and properly presented throughout the event. - Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, enquiries, and special requirements. - Assist with clearing, resetting, and closing banquet areas after events while ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored. Candidate Requirements: - Previous experience as a Banquet Server, or similar role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment. - Knowledge of banquet and event service standards and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-focused approach. - Positive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine passion for hospitality. - Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including basic food safety and allergen awareness. - Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. - Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours depending on event requirements.
