Sales Executive - Flexible Office Lease APAC / UAE

As we continue to grow across key markets, we are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing energetic team. What You’ll Do - Manage incoming enquiries from clients looking for office space in APAC and UAE. - Book and coordinate workspace tours across our partner network. - Champion our CRM system: qualify leads, maintain accurate data, and provide insightful feedback. - Own your pipeline: identify new opportunities and track every stage of the sales process. - Drive engagement with clients and partners, follow up on feedback, updates, and deal progress. - Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and deliver value-driven solutions. - Find your own clients through Business Development - Email / LinkedIn / Call - Provide 5-star customer service. We want clients to hear your smile through the phone! What We’re Looking For - University graduate (degree required). - 1 year + of experience in sales or business development (real estate or coworking industry experience is a plus). - Trilingual: fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. - Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. - Confident speaking with clients and partners from around the world in English - Possession of a real estate license is an advantage. - You know how to use LinkedIn / Cold Call / Email to do Business Development.
