Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities: - Lead the risk and develop annual audit plan and work schedule based on risk assessment results and/or other ad-hoc management requests from the CMCC (the Group). - Plan and conduct financial, operational and compliance audit assignments. - Conduct internal control testing, document the testing results and identify areas need improvements. - Conduct policy and procedures review and suggest areas require amendment. - Liaise with other parties for the efficient completion of audit assignments in accordance with the designated audit plan. - Identify control weaknesses and formulate recommendations for improvement. - Review and prepare internal audit reports with detailed findings and practical recommendations to strengthen the overall control of the company and perform follow-up and monitoring works to ensure successful and timely implementation. - Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Department. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or above, holder in Accountancy, Finance, Auditing, Marketing, DICT or related disciplines. - Minimum 8 years of internal audit or external audit. - Experience in the telecommunications industry or large enterprise group is preferred . - Professional qualification in CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent is preferred. - Experience in audit of construction projects is preferred. - A committed, responsible, self-motivated and independent key team player, detail oriented and able to work under pressure. - Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin. - Comply with work assignments as required.
