Job Description

HLB HAMT Chartered Accountants is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth across our Audit, Tax, Accounting and Advisory services. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE market. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, Finance Managers and other key decision-makers. - Promote and sell Audit, Tax, Corporate Tax, VAT, Accounting and Advisory services. - Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other business development channels. - Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and identify suitable service opportunities. - Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations and presentations in collaboration with internal teams. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities. - Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing client accounts. - Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships. 🔹 Requirements - 3–6 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably within Audit, Tax, Accounting, Advisory or Professional Services. - Strong knowledge of the UAE business market and B2B sales environment. - Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition and achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Strong network among UAE businesses and decision-makers will be an advantage. - Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory. - UAE experience is preferred. - Strong client relationship management and consultative selling skills. - Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
