Main Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner. Explain chocolate products, gift boxes, and seasonal collections. Handle sales, invoices, and POS transactions. Prepare and arrange gift orders and displays. Maintain product presentation and shop cleanliness. Follow up with customer requests and special orders. Support stock checking and report low-stock items. Coordinate with the team for orders, packaging, and delivery. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
