Job Description
Skills Requirement - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Banking domain. - Strong expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing Fabric-related logs, including system, application, security, audit, and debugging logs. - Strong knowledge of GCP networking, load balancers, VPNs, hybrid cloud connectivity, IAM, security, and access management. - Extensive experience in Oracle technologies, including: - SQL - PL/SQL - Oracle Forms - Oracle Reports - Performance Tuning - Hands-on experience in database migration projects, including DB2 to Oracle and On-Premises to Cloud migrations. - Expertise in Double-Take Cloud setup, replication configuration, and troubleshooting. - Experience working with Jira or equivalent Agile project management tools. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Unix Shell Scripting and process automation. - Advanced knowledge of ITRS Geneos monitoring and administration. - Experience in project documentation, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes including: - Incident Management - Problem Management - Change Management - Service Request Management - Experience supporting production applications and mission-critical business services. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments. Good to Have - Hand on Ansible, or related infrastructure technologies. - Exposure to financial services and trading platform support environments. - Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and business continuity processes. - Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools. - Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures. - Experience in DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
