Tamheer Opportunity - Legal Specialist

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates who are eager to grow and gain hands-on experience in the Legal field. Location: - Jeddah Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in law or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Good command of English is preferred - Eligible for the Tamheer Program Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and support on business operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, and memoranda to mitigate legal risks. - Conduct legal research, monitor legislative changes, and prepare legal reports and opinions. - Support litigation, dispute resolution, and represent the company before judicial and regulatory authorities when required. - Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel to ensure legal compliance and effective risk management.
