We're partnering with a leading multinational organisation undergoing large-scale HR technology transformation across the region. This is an opportunity to take ownership of one or more SuccessFactors modules while working with global teams and senior HR stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing Role As a SuccessFactors Lead Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor to business stakeholders and play a key role throughout the project lifecycle: - Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business and HR leaders - Gather, challenge and translate business requirements into scalable solutions - Own solution design, system configuration, testing and deployment - Provide best-practice recommendations based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors capabilities - Drive stakeholder engagement and manage client expectations - Lead module implementation activities from design through go-live - Mentor team members and contribute to delivery excellence Modules We Are Interested In We're hiring experts across one or more of the following areas: - Employee Central (EC) - Compensation - Benefits - Time Off - Time Tracking Particular interest will be given to candidates with strong Employee Central expertise and exposure to modern Benefits capabilities, including the latest SuccessFactors functionality and digital benefits solutioning.
