Finance Manager - Green Energy & Digital Technology Company - Singapore

Our client is a Singapore-based investment and operating group with interests in healthcare technology, renewable energy, engineering and other technology-driven businesses. The Group manages a diversified portfolio of operating companies and growth investments across Asia, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and long-term value creation. Position: Group Finance Manager/ Senior Manager Location: Singapore The role will work closely with management to provide accurate financial insights, strengthen financial processes and support the Group’s business growth. Key Responsibilities - Oversee full-set accounts and financial operations across the Group. - Prepare monthly management accounts, consolidated financial reports and financial analysis. - Manage cash flow, working capital, AR/AP and payment planning. - Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. - Monitor project profitability, costs, margins and overall financial performance. - Manage banking matters, credit facilities and relationships with financial institutions. - Coordinate audit, tax, GST and statutory compliance requirements. - Establish and improve financial controls, policies and reporting processes. - Support management on financial planning, investment and key business decisions. - Work with different business units and overseas entities on finance-related matters. Requirements - Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA preferred. - At least 7–10 years of relevant finance experience, with experience in a managerial capacity. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, cash flow and Singapore accounting/tax requirements. - Experience handling multi-entity or group accounts preferred. - Strong Excel and financial analysis skills. - Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-growing SME environment. - Able to work independently while partnering closely with senior management. - Industry experience in renewable energy, engineering, construction, distribution or project-based businesses would be an advantage. - Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
