Why Join Us: - Exposure to landmark projects: tunnels, factories, mixed developments, LTA works - Clear pathways for career growth & development - Competitive salary, benefits, and training support Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities. - Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to schedule. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and site matters. - Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with BCA and WSH requirements. - Resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion within budget. - Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and attend site meetings. - Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery from start to completion. Job Requirements: - Degree in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering or related discipline. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. - Proactive, hands-on, and strong problem-solving mindset. - Good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
