Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Operations Intern – scheduling to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with interviewers, candidates, ensuring the interviews happen on time, scheduling /rescheduling as and when necessary, ensuring the interview happens smoothly and ensuring a smooth interview experience for both parties. Key responsibilities: - Perform daily and weekly reporting activities. - Scheduling & Rescheduling of interviews on the platform smoothly. - Facilitate smooth onboarding of participants/candidates to the coding platform, resolving any issues promptly. - Following up on various levels with clients & candidates through calling. - Handle support calls efficiently and provide swift resolutions to ensure a seamless interview experience. - Keeping an eye on the live dashboard. Skills & Requirements: - Good customer relationship skills - Can devote 9 hours a day - Excellent communication skills Duration- 6 months Location- Remote Stipend- 12k/- fixed per month Timings- Night Shift 4:30 am to 1:30 pm, 6 days a week
