Job Description

To cope with their business needs, they are sincerely inviting high caliber candidates to join their team Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end procurement and logistics operations to ensure cost effective, timely, and reliable supply - Manage daily logistics execution including freight movements, shipment planning, and exception handling through freight forwarders - Responsible for sourcing, sales and inventory management of sole agent brands for the company - Establish standards and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Analyze product performance to prepare supply and demand forecast - Liaise with multiple suppliers on supply and demand forecast to achieve the expected product fulfilment rate - Based on sales forecasts and stock level, properly plan the regular procurement, promotion campaigns and animation procurement to brands - Follow up orders fulfilment and ensure efficient and sufficient supply to cooperate with company inventory targets and promotion campaigns - Monitor service performance against agreed service levels and improvement plans - Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties Requirements: - Bachelor degree in any related disciplines - 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, planning, or inventory control - Experience in Retail/ FMCG products is must - Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua - Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense Interested parties, please click “apply now” or send your resume with current and expected salary in MS word format to candylai@headsearch21.com.
