Job Description

We're partnered with a leading financial institution in Hong Kong as they're looking to bring onboard a Content Design Lead on an initial 12 month contract. We're looking for a strategic Content Design Lead to shape how users experience our digital platforms from first interaction through to task completion. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who blends storytelling, UX thinking, and AI-driven innovation to create content that's clear, engaging, and genuinely useful. What You'll Do - Build content frameworks and templates that keep quality and consistency high as production scales across digital channels. - Partner closely with UX teams to define how content and design work together, shaping structure and flow across interfaces. - Turn business needs and user insights into clear content strategies that speak directly to what users are trying to achieve. - Use AI tools, data, and testing insights to continuously refine content for clarity, engagement, and conversion. - Pilot a Gen AI content model and use case, embedding responsible AI governance into everyday content workflows. - Present content strategy and design rationale to stakeholders, showing how content choices shape the wider user experience. - Craft content across English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese that stays on-brand and genuinely engaging. - Champion a user-first mindset, helping people complete everyday tasks (including banking — independently and with confidence). What You'll Bring - 5+ years in content design, with a strong portfolio spanning strategic content work across digital platforms. - A degree in Communications, Design, Journalism, Language, Digital, or a related field. - Solid grounding in UX principles, with experience weaving content naturally into digital interfaces. - Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to content strategy and production. - Comfort working with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Figma. - Strong stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas. - A sharp eye for detail and a track record of managing multiple projects at once. - Openness to feedback and a steady drive to keep improving.
