Delivery Lead – 3 months contract

Our client is a leading international bank. We are looking for a Delivery Lead to support them on a strategic hire for a 3- month contract in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities - Lead delivery of complex customer experience initiatives from design to release - Build cross‑functional teams and maintain clear stakeholder communication - Resolve risks and blockers while driving timely, high‑quality outcomes Key Requirements - 7–15 years of delivery lead or programme management experience in investment banking, wealth management, or asset management - Deep knowledge of investment managed solutions or equivalent industry experience - Expertise in discretionary portfolio management, funds, private equity, and alternative investments, including trade and post‑trade processes - Proven success driving digital transformation and customer experience initiatives with Agile methodologies - Strong stakeholder management across geographies with excellent communication and negotiation skills As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
