Requirements - Bachelor degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety/Fire & Safety. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in MPW projects. - Relevant Safety certifications approved by the ministry. - Strong understanding of safety management systems. - Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements. - Proven ability to lead safety training sessions. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must have valid 18 visa - Valid Kuwait driving license & own vehicle are prefered. Duties & Responsibilities - Conduct daily safety inspections & risk assessments. - Ensure all workers wear proper safety gear(PPE) and follow safety law. - Ensure compliance with government regulations. - Provide safety training & awareness programs for employees. - Maintain records of safety-related activities and incidents and present safety reports to management and regulatory bodies. - Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid if necessary.
