Responsibilities - To handle daily operations, including monitoring duty teams such as Security, Cleaning, Customer Services, and Maintenance; - To coach and supervise the performance of on-site staff; - To handle clients' enquiries, requests, and complaints; and - To handle duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements - Have a bachelor degree or above; obtained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or HKCEE; - At least 3 years' full-time working experience in property / facility management; - Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin; and - Good PC knowledge in MS Office.
