Job Summary As Restaurant General Manager at Tom & Serg Abu Dhabi, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the venue and bring the Tom & Serg experience to life in the capital. You’ll take full ownership of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience to commercial performance and operational standards. Main Duties & Responsibilities - Lead the overall day-to-day operation of Tom & Serg Abu Dhabi - Create a strong team culture and ensure a consistently great guest experience - Take ownership of revenue, labour, costs, and overall restaurant performance - Drive training, development, and performance across the team - Maintain high standards across service, food, coffee, cleanliness, and presentation What We Are Looking For - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-volume hospitality environment - Strong background in all-day dining, premium casual dining, or lifestyle-led restaurant concepts - Commercially minded with a strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and restaurant performance - Passion for great food, specialty coffee, and genuine hospitality - Strong communication and people-management skills - Previous UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage If this feels like a fit, we would love to hear from you!
