Volunteer: Instagram Stories Content Creator (Oct 4)

Project Details What We Need - Capture Instagram Stories throughout the morning, from set-up and arrivals through to racing, finishes, prizes and the race village - Share regular race-day updates showing what is happening across the event in real time - Capture runners, volunteers, sponsors, supporters and race village activity to give followers a sense of the full She Races experience - Create a mix of 8-10 Instagram stories, videos, photos, captions and simple interactive Story content where appropriate Background The Impact Collective is a female-founded, volunteer-run not-for-profit reshaping the future of women’s sport in Hong Kong. She Races is our women-focused trail race, designed to create an accessible, supportive and genuinely enjoyable environment for women to participate in sport. Following a sold-out inaugural event in 2025, She Races returns on 4 October 2026 at Aberdeen Country Park, welcoming up to 500 participants across four race options. We’re looking for a creative volunteer to bring the event to life on Instagram Stories throughout race day. What We Have We will provide a clear race-day content brief and schedule, including key timings, locations, races and moments to cover. You’ll receive background information on She Races and The Impact Collective, brand guidelines, suggested Story ideas and examples of previous content. A member of the organising team will be your main point of contact throughout the event and help you navigate the race village and identify key moments as the day unfolds. Why this is important Instagram Stories allow us to bring our wider community into She Races as it happens. By capturing the races, finish-line celebrations, volunteers, supporters and race village activity throughout the morning, this role will showcase the energy and community behind the event. Strong real-time coverage will help increase awareness and engagement, give sponsors and partners greater visibility, celebrate the women taking part and encourage more people to join The Impact Collective community and participate in future events.
