Job Description

Join Our Growing Team at Reem Hospital Reem Hospital is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and patient counseling. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities - Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations. - Review prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, dosage accuracy, and potential drug interactions. - Provide patients with professional counseling regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage requirements. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. - Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, storage, and stock control. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards. - Participate in medication management initiatives and patient education programs. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent. - Valid DOH License as a Pharmacist or eligibility to obtain one. - Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital setting. - Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication management practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Arabic language proficiency is preferred. - Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
