Station Supervisor ( Wadi ad-Dawasir)

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Station Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day-to-day airport operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery in line with SGS standards and aviation regulations. The role is responsible for managing station operations, workforce planning and shift scheduling, monitoring operational performance, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring an excellent passenger and airline experience. The position also leads and supports frontline operational teams, while maintaining effective relationships with airlines, airport stakeholders, and relevant internal departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational readiness, safety and security compliance, GACA requirements, service quality, and effective manpower utilization across the assigned station. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in airport, aviation, terminal, passenger, or operations management. - Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage teams and operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 airport environment. - Good command of English. - Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
