Fund Operations Analyst | Top Tier APAC Asset Management

A leading asset management firm is looking for an ETF Operations professional to join its growing operations team. This role provides broad exposure across the ETF lifecycle, fund operations, product implementation, and operational enhancement initiatives within a dynamic investment platform. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external counterparties, gaining hands-on experience in ETF products and broader fund operations. Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end ETF operational activities, including creation/redemption processes, trade execution support, settlement, cash movements, FX transactions, and NAV-related activities. - Coordinate with authorised participants, market makers, custodians, administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. - Monitor operational controls, investigate exceptions, and drive timely resolution of issues. - Assist with the launch and ongoing support of new funds, investment products, and client mandates across different jurisdictions. - Contribute to process enhancement initiatives, including workflow automation, data improvements, and operational documentation. Requirements - Around 1+ year of experience in ETF operations, fund operations, or related middle/back-office functions within an asset management environment. - Good understanding of the ETF lifecycle and operational processes. - Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines. - Exposure to digitalisation, automation, Python, or data analytics would be an advantage. - Knowledge of tokenisation or digital asset-related concepts is a plus. - Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. - Interested in building your ETF operations career with a leading asset management platform?
